KARIN LATEGAN
ACCREDITED PRACTICING DIETITIAN AND CREDENTIALLED DIABETES EDUCATION
Karin Lategan is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Certified Insulin Pump trainer with over 18 years of Diabetes Education Experiences. She gained her Dietetic qualifications at University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1998 and then gained her Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Care at Warwick University, England in 2006.
She worked in South Africa, England as a Dietitian and then joined Queensland Health in 2007. After 14 years,vshe decided to take the leap of faith and jumped into Private Practice. She is a Certified Insulin Pump trainer for AMSL, Insulet and Medtronic Insulin pumps.

She enjoys the Fraser Coast Community with her husband and four children and strives to empower people living with Diabetes to manage their own condition.
