FEES

New Appointment - 45 - 60min - $120 (Medicare Rebate $58.30)*

 

Review Appointment - 30 - 45min - $90 (Medicare Rebate $58.30)*

Insulin Pump Start - Recommended over 3 sessions ($390)

                                  - 2 x 1 hour appointments at $120 per appointment

                                  - 1 x 2 hour appointment at $150 (this session includes CGM start                                     if needed

​

Insulin Pump Start - 1 x 4 hour session - $480 (this includes CGM start if needed)

​

Insulin Pump Upgrade - 1 x 2 hour session - $240

​

Continuous Glucose Monitoring - $150 for 90 minute session

​

Gestational Diabetes Session - $150 for 90 minute session

​

DVA Referrals will be bulk billed

​

NDIS Referrals will be billed according to NDIS Fee Agreement

​

Professional Education to Aged Care Facilities or Support Workers - $180 per hour

​

*Private Patients should be able to claim a rebate from their Private Health Funds if they have extras which includes Dietetics.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We are not a bulk billing service so we ask that all fees are paid on the day of your appointment.   Telehealth and Phone  appointment will be payable prior to your appointment.  Medicare rebates will be claimed on the day of your appointment after full payment has been received.  We have HICAPS facilities available and will be able to claim fees from Private Health Facilities if needed.

Cancellations have to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.  A no show fee will be charged if you don't show up for your appointment.  The no show fee will be 50% of the actual fee of your appointment. Patient will have to pay this fee prior to them being seen again by the clinician.  â€‹

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

What if you can't claim back from my Private Health Fund?

​Some Private Health funds e.g  Medibank and HCF is not supported by our HICAPS system at present.  We will provide you with a copy of your invoice, this will enable you to submit your claim to your health fund for your rebate. â€‹

 

What if my Medicare rebate could not be claimed on the day?  

Sometimes if Medicare don't have your up to date information you will have to submit a copy of your invoice to the local medicare office for processing.

Where does my Medicare rebate get paid into?

If you have your bank details linked with your Medicare account your rebate will be paid into that bank account within 48 hours.  If your bank detail is not linked with your Medicare account then Medicare will send you a cheque in the post, this can take up to 3 months.
